Carillion Planned Maintenance’s quality management system was first established in 1987 and since then has grown and developed to support the changing needs of the business, market and stakeholders.
The current system structures the management and co-ordination of activities in order to achieve customer satisfaction, legal and regulatory requirements and business objectives. The management system complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and is independently assessed by BSi: certificate number FS500767.
