Dominic Shorrocks – Managing Director

Dominic joined Carillion Planned Maintenance on Monday 5 January 2009 as Managing Director. He joins the business from Homeserve where he was previously Chief Operating Officer for Homeserve Emergency Services. Dominic is a leader with a broad range of strategic and operational business experience. He began his career with BMW Rover as an engineering and Business Graduate, working in manufacturing operations, quality and new product strategy. He then moved to Booz Allen Hamilton where he implemented strategic and operational change within blue chip organisations across Europe. More recently, he worked for British Gas Services as Head of Transformation, and then Director for New Growth Business.

   

Sean Wickens - Business Development Director

Sean joined Carillion Planned Maintenance in 2003. He was previously at EMCOR Facilities Services Limited as Director of Defence Services. In January 2005 Sean was appointed to the Board of Directors. Sean has gained several qualifications in recent years including an HNC in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

   

Mark Choules - Commercial Director

Mark is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with an exceptional range of experience in construction and facilities management. Mark has experience in providing services and delivering contracts and projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients. During 10 years with Carillion Mark has developed an extensive knowledge of the group, its business strategy and client base.

Mark D Smith - Human Resources Director

Mark joined Mowlem Pall Mall in September 2001 as Support Services Director. After the Carillion plc acquisition of Mowlem in February 2006, he joined Carillion Planned Maintenance as Human Resources Director. A graduate of Ohio University, Mark served in the United States Army before moving to the United Kingdom.  He is a member of the CIPD and has substantial experience in the soft and hard services industry with a proven track record in TUPE and change management.

   

Mike Hickman – IMS Director

Mike joined Carillion in 2002 after leaving Mowlem plc. Mike has a strong professional background in Safety, Environment and Quality (SQE) and has been instrumental in many of the ongoing Group initiatives that have resulted in several safety awards that the Carillion Services businesses have gained over recent years.

   

Louise Orrell – Workflow Director

Louise joined CPM in January 2008 taking responsibility for streamlining business processes and driving further benefits from the Fusion system. Louise has 15 years experience in general management and operational roles within the M&E service industry primarily with Honeywell Control Systems where she was UK General Manager and responsible for implementing a number of major change programmes within the UK service business.

Martin Barrow-Starkey - Operations Director Regional Sites

Martin is a time-served apprentice and Chartered Electrical Engineer. Martin joins the CPM business from Carillion Rail where he held a major operational role. Previously, Martin led the delivery of non-clinical services at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. He now assumes responsibility for the Royal Bank of Scotland and the British Airports Authority contracts together with service delivery to the Defence sector.

Gil Kelly – Fleet Management Director & General Manager

Gil joined Carillion in July 2007 from Lex Vehicle Leasing where he ran the Lex Vehicle Partners broker division as Director of Sales and Marketing. His role now sees him developing the Carillion Fleet Management business by focusing on growing and expanding our activities in the external market.
