Carillion Planned Maintenance has almost twenty years experience in delivering water management solutions to a diverse range of clients both locally and nationally.
Working to the current guidance (Approved Code of Practice L8) and as a member of the Code of Conduct Association we pride ourselves on meeting the demands of our clients.
Accredited to ISO9001 (Quality Assurance), ISO18001 (Health and Safety) and ISO14001 (Environmental Management), coupled with our Integrated Management System (IMS), demonstrates that we take Health and Safety and our Environmental responsibilities very seriously.
A large proportion of our business is through the FM marketplace via parent company Carillion plc. This is based on long term maintenance partnerships and repeat business in the form of ACoP L8 Risk Assessments and maintenance contracts.
For the external market we typically carry out work within the commercial blue chip marketplace through to local government agencies and education. This is delivered via a range of disciplines. Utilising dedicated contract teams, we directly employ technical engineers, contract managers and contract administrators to manage our partnership contracts.
Examples of our long term contracts (partnerships):
Government Agency: Defra - We currently carry out all L8 monitoring regimes and Risk Assessments across the national portfolio.
Commercial: Nomura Bank - The servicing of the Cooling Towers systems, along with an L8 maintenance regime.
Local Authority: Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council - A dedicated six man team carries out a full L8 maintenance regime across the council’s portfolio of buildings.
Commercial: Royal Bank of Scotland - The servicing of the cooling towers and closed systems over the southern portfolio of buildings.
Local Authority: Angus Council - We carry out a full L8 maintenance regime across the council’s portfolio.
Health: John Radcliffe Hospital - We carry out the servicing of the hospitals catering equipment, along with a full call out / breakdown facility.
Government Agency: GCHQ - We provide a fully comprehensive water treatment contract, managing the evaporative cooling systems across all sites.
Education: University of Leeds - We are managing the L8 regime across the University’s portfolio of buildings and living accommodation.
Government: Her Majesty’s Court Services - We are managing the cooling tower systems and L8 regimes across the North West portfolio.
