At the Church Square Shopping Centre in St Helens, Merseyside, Carillion Planned Maintenance manages and controls all specialist sub-contractors via its technical on-site engineering presence. We also provide additional planned and reactive mobile support for this demanding location.

Carillion Planned Maintenance maintains the specialist disciplines on-site, including all mechanical & electrical systems, statutory inspections and insurance inspections.

Operational support for the centre’s on-site management team is also provided by Carillion Planned Maintenance and involves supplementary provision of technical staff during holidays and periods of sustained absence.
