Carillion Planned Maintenance is part of a supply chain led by Carillion plc, providing facilities management on 47 properties to the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs North West, North East and London. The portfolio includes office buildings, laboratories and storage sites.

Carillion Planned Maintenance is responsible for routine service planned and preventative building maintenance in accordance with HVCA specifications. This takes into account all building services assets including mechanical, electrical, air systems, ventilation, catering, domestic systems, fire alarms, security and water treatment.

Planned preventative maintenance is carried out over one major and three minor visits per annum.

A key account manager leads the Defra contract, supported by a national contracts manager. The national contracts manager is in turn assisted by regional contract managers as well as administrators and our dedicated 24/7 helpdesk.
