Deutsche Bank

A dedicated team of managers, administrators, engineers and fabric technicians, supported by specialist subcontractors, provides 24/7 service delivery to Deutsche Bank UK’s portfolio of over 18 properties, covering an area in excess of 1.5 million sq ft.

This includes a wide variety of office environments from mission critical trading floors and data centres through to high quality corporate space and more general back of house operations.

The Bank’s UK portfolio is predominantly based in London, although there are commercial buildings in Edinburgh and Dublin which we maintain to the same standards using our company’s branch offices.

Carillion Planned Maintenance is tasked with providing a stable platform from which the Bank can undertake its global business, safe in the knowledge that the professionally trained and competent engineering team is providing continuity of building services every day of the year. Comprehensive reporting measures allow informed customer decisions and benchmarked performance of the team.

Robust contract operating plans that include business recovery and Carillion Planned Maintenance’s unique P3 Critical Environmental Management system ensure that appropriate maintenance regimes, ranging from calendar based tasks to condition based and thermographic initiatives, give joined-up strategies to building resilience.

Permit to Work systems, along with proven change management processes and proactive staff training, allow the Bank to confidently operate in a world market where reputation is everything.
