The main objective of this contract is to provide ISS Coflex / Shop Direct Group with a planned and reactive maintenance service which is compliant and meets the needs of the customer.

This expectation is delivered through the provision of a high quality building maintenance service that will provide the full scope of mechanical, electrical, statutory compliance and minor fabric services.
