Carillion Planned Maintenance has a national projects group with the management and installation capability to meet these needs. The group delivers projects for Carillion Planned Maintenance clients, supporting maintenance contracts, and providing the same responsiveness, security and expertise expected and demanded from the maintenance teams.
We aim to provide a service that not only delivers small and large scale projects in accordance with client needs, but which is a ‘one stop shop’ managing all client project needs safely, reliably and without undue business impact. The vast majority of our works are repeat business with established clients, who have total confidence in our management of some of their most prominent projects and in their most critical environments.

• Full project delivery (including project manager, site management and supervision) as agent, principal contractor or sub-contractor
• Building surveys (including scheme designs, brief and specification development, feasibility studies, dilapidations and due diligence)

• CDM Regulations management, including undertaking Planning Co-ordinator role
